This is where every member of the State of the Dream comes to enlist in the fight agains the Nightmare. There's several tents set up for different things, including a training area that's not so close to the battlegrounds. There is also a large area to use for bunkers that the already enlisted members can sleep in, as well as a medical area where the wounded can get patched up.
