He carries Duke around in the breast pocket of his shirt in a way that the deceased fish's head pokes out. You can't see Duke unless Oscar opens his jacket, however. Extra;; Oscar wears an eye patch over his left eye, which is missing. He believes that one day, he will find his missing eye. He carries a fish skeleton, a lake whitefish which he calls "Duke", in his shirt pocket, and talks to and treats it as if it is still living.

Personality;; Polite, gentlemanly, and seemingly friendly, Oscar is rather intelligent and crafty, and almost always finds a way to get what he wants. He has been know to be able to trick just about anyone out of anything, but just recently has he discovered how much that upsets people. He is quite lonely, but does not wish for company. Oscar claims that the only friend he needs is Duke, the fish skeleton in his pocket. Although he doesn't always feel comfortable around others, most of the time he looks to be in an ominously cheerful mood. He seems to have a permanent, eerie grin plastered onto his face. He's always in the mood for a joke, and has been known to love puns and plays-on-words. Although he is not one to anger easily, Oscar can be quite frightening when provoked. He has a rather sinister way of speaking; just about everything he says sounds like he has ill intentions, even things that couldn't possibly mean and harm, such as a simple "Hello". Oscar can be quite unpredictable, so it is recommended that one keeps their distance.
History;; Not much is known about Oscar's history considering he does not like to talk about it, and he has no known living relatives. Small pieces of the story of his life are known: He was born in the city of Agro, close to the State of the Nightmare. His being so close was a big influence on his choosing that state, as well as the way he was treated when he was younger (He mental state was caused by a series of unknown events). He has told the story of his missing eye many times. It's a bit different every time he tells it, but a brief summary of the story is that he was ambushed by and fought with a cougar, the fight resulting in the cougar clawing the left eye right out of Oscar's head. He promised that he would one day find the cougar and take an eye back, whether it was his own eye or not. Eight years ago, Oscar came across a fish dying on the bank of a lake. He "rescued" the fish, named it Duke, and took it home with him. The poor fish did not survive the walk home, but Oscar insisted that Duke was still alive. Months passed, and Duke's body decayed, leaving a four-inch-long skeleton which Oscar still carries around, talks to, and loves to this day.
